1. After ordering the eSIM plan, you will receive an activation email within 24 hours. Please activate and start using the plan within 30 days of ordering. (The plan will automatically expire if not used within 30 days).
2. Please activate the plan upon arrival at your destination. Scan or manually join the plan to start the activation process. 3. If you have not received the eSIM activation email or have any questions, feel free to contact our official LINE customer service (LINE ID: @djbcard) for assistance.
4. After using the plan, please delete it to avoid unnecessary additional charges. (Deletion path: Settings -> Mobile Services -> (Plan Label) -> Delete eSIM)

INSTRUCTION

1. After placing an order and completing the payment, you will receive an eSIM QRCode mail within 24 hours, and the activation information will be attached inside the mail.

2. Please fill in the correct E-mail to ensure that the mail can be received.

3. Please make sure to connect to WiFi while adding the eSIM plan.

4. Steps: Setting -> Cellular/Network -> Add Cellular Plan -> Scan QR code/Enter Details Manually -> Activate the plan

Notice

  • If you do not receive eSIM email in 24 hours after placing the order, please contact our customer service.
  • China, Hong Kong, and Macao model do not support eSIM. Please don't buy the plan.
  • The phone mentioned as the following could not be used in our eSIM plan, SIM-locked phone, telecom self-branded phone, 3G phone, and modification phone.
  • Laptop, iPad, and tablet are not supported.
  • eSIM plan will be sent by email.
  • All the transaction would be settled with United States Dollar (USD)
  • Activation may be not successful when the departure date does not filled correctly.
  • Please use the product within 30 days after receiving the plan.
  • iPhone users have to delete the configuration profile to avoid activation failure. (Inspection route: Settings -> General, swipe to the bottom. If there is no configuration profile, it means normal; if there is configuration profile there, please delete it.)
  • Hotspot sharing will occupy the bandwidth somehow, and the network speed will vary depending on the equipment and geographical location, so the minimum network speed is not guaranteed. Please be noted before placing an order.
  • To maintain the quality of the network, the telecommunication company will strictly stick with FUP (fair usage policy). Users, who generate large amount of traffic in a short period, may result in inability to access the Internet or slow down the network speed.
  • The traffic calculation will be counted by the operator if there is any dispute happened.
  • To avoid violating FUP, it is recommended that doing the large-traffic network behavior under WiFi environment. The following situation could be considered. Upload/Download large size of file or picture, watching movies, videos, or streaming, playing mobile game, etc. The social media is mainly composed of videos and photos. Using it to a certain extent is equivalent to watching many videos. Meanwhile, it is also recommended to turn off the automatic update and backup functions, the automatic playback function of the social media, and the satellite map navigation mode. Normal mode of navigation is recommended.
  • How to calculate the number of days: Assuming that the plan is activated at 09:00AM on the 1st of a month, and the first day will end at 11:59PM on the 1st of a month; the plan will expire at 00:00 AM on the number of days you select.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • It cannot be refunded once the QR code has been mailed.
  • If the plan has been activated, it can be refunded under the situation, which customer service judges it malfunctioned. If the plan were not checked with status with customer service, it cannot be refunded.
  • The refund amount is limited to the consumption amount. Please do not ask for additional compensation such as affecting travel itinerary, work, and spiritual compensation, etc. If there is any doubt, please consider before purchase.
  • If you cannot use the plan upon arriving the destination, please contact us immediately. We do not accept refund after finishing your trip.
  • The quality of network varies from place to place because the infrastructure of every country is different. Please understand. DJB do not accept the reason, which is caused by bad reception area.
