DJB's SIM card can only be used in mobile terminal devices. If used in other devices, it will not work.

What is the difference between eSIM and traditional physical SIM card

eSIM is a technology embedded in the phone, so you can use it directly without buying a physical SIM card.

Is there a difference in speed between DJB eSIM and global SIM card

The difference between eSIM and traditional SIM card is only in the activation and usage methods. Other network plan contents such as speed and reception are the same!

Can one eSIM be installed on multiple devices

No, one eSIM can only be installed on one device, and it cannot be activated or used on other devices after activation.

What if the installed eSIM is accidentally deleted

If the eSIM plan is accidentally deleted, it cannot be restored. You need to repurchase and reinstall a new plan.

What if there is no internet after inserting the card

Please make sure that 'Mobile Data' and 'Data Roaming' are turned on. If you still cannot connect, you can try resetting the APN and restarting the device.

Why is the internet so slow at the airport

Many airports have signal blocking settings, so the network speed inside the airport may be unstable or very slow. It is recommended to leave the airport and try again.

I have set up my iPhone but still cannot connect

If you have completed all the settings but still cannot connect, you can try resetting the network settings. Reset network: Click 'Settings' - 'General' - 'Reset' - 'Reset Network Settings'. Resetting network settings will only affect network settings, not the phone's own settings.

How to buy a long-term SIM card

DJB's SIM card and eSIM both have flexible duration plans. You can purchase the required duration according to your needs. If it exceeds the duration, you can choose to purchase multiple cards and set different activation dates for use. If you use eSIM, you can purchase the next plan when the current plan is about to expire and use it immediately.

Will changing the card affect the use of apps

DJB's SIM card only affects the network and does not affect the original settings of the phone. But if your application requires your original number, you will not be able to receive the original number after changing the card. *If you use Line to log in with your phone number, you can set up email login in the Line App before changing the card.

Can the internet be used after the speed is reduced

The card with reduced speed can still be used, but it can only send text messages and browse text web pages. If you need to send audio and video pictures or watch content composed of audio and video, it will take more time to load.
